Paw Ratings! What do they mean?
Paw Ratings are broken down into 3 categories.
1) How pet friendly is the agent? 
i.e. do they have pet friendly properties available
2) How easy is it to locate pet friendly properties on their website
or are properties clearly indicated as to whether or not they accept pets?
3) How helpful were the staff and what was their attitude like towards
pet owners?

And each of these categories have Paw Ratings from 1 to 5

Paw Rating	Description
	5 Paw = Highly Recommended
	4 Paw = Excellent
	3 Paw = Good
	2 Paw = OK
	1 Paw = Poor

The paw ratings shown are meant to assist pet owners when looking
for a suitable agent.
