A few years ago we had a terrible time finding a pet friendly property to rent.
We searched local papers, online websites and contacted many letting agencies in the hope that we could find a property to rent that would consider our pet.

After spending many hours on the phone and searching internet websites, we soon realized that if you own a pet in the UK, finding a home for a long term rental or a property on a short let ( in between houses) is a major problem.
 
In the end we got lucky, we found a property through a very understanding and pet friendly letting agent.

This got us thinking! what if we created a site where by other pet owners could easily locate agencies that consider pets, if fact why not let the pet owner rate these agencies, this way you will know the ones to call and the ones to avoid.

So in 2009 PetFriendlyLettingAgents.co.uk was born.

The site provides a database of letting agencies in the UK that are either pet friendly or not, you will know which companies to call and which ones to avoid, letting agents will be rated from 1 to 5 (we call it a paw rating), you can also view and leave comments about an agent.

This site is run in our own time and outside of our normal 9-5 jobs. So please appreciate that we unable to help you with a search for a pet friendly landlord.
We hope as time goes on, all the information you require can be found on this site, we will also be making improvements to this site on a regular basis.
 

How you can help?    

We require you the pet owner to rate the agents listed on this site or if you are aware of a letting agent that is helpful and has a good selection of properties, please also let us know and we will get them listed. The success of this site is down to us the pet owner, please spread the word and make this the first place pet owners look when searching for a pet friendly letting agent in the UK.
